About FintaIQ
FintaIQ is a football-analysis software product currently in development. The website currently provides product information and allows visitors to contact the FintaIQ project team. FintaIQ is not yet a registered company; this page will be updated with formal entity details once that step is complete.
Scope of these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website only — they do not govern use of the FintaIQ desktop application or Dashboard, which are not yet publicly available and will carry their own terms when they are.
Website purpose
This website exists to explain what FintaIQ is building, show the FintaIQ App and Dashboard, and let visitors get in touch with the FintaIQ project team.
No public product subscription
The website does not currently provide public self-service registration, online purchasing or automatic subscription activation. Submitting a Contact form or requesting a demonstration does not create a paid subscription or guarantee access to the FintaIQ software.
Contact and demo requests
Any future trial, pilot, licence, subscription or paid service will be governed by a separate written agreement or applicable product terms presented before access is granted.
When you contact us, please make sure the information you provide is accurate. Submitting the Contact form is not acceptance of an offer, and we decide whether and how to respond to each enquiry. Please do not submit confidential or highly sensitive information through the general Contact form.
Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to: use it for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt or overload it; attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or any related system; introduce malicious code; run automated scraping that harms the service; impersonate another person or organization; infringe anyone's intellectual-property rights; or submit unlawful or harmful content through the Contact form.

The FintaIQ name, logo, website design, text, graphics, interface previews and other original materials on this website are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belong to FintaIQ or its licensors. We do not claim ownership over third-party material referenced on this site, or over information you submit to us solely to make contact.

Screenshots, animations, descriptions and planned functionality shown on this website may evolve as the FintaIQ product develops. We aim to keep this information accurate and will correct it when we learn it is out of date, but features described or shown may change before, or instead of, becoming generally available.
